This inspiring message motivated us to make a difference: "I am a Pediatric Oncology Nurse & also help co-lead our unit's spirit committee. Because of these two roles, I have had a front row seat at watching kids fight cancer and am inspired by my patient's strength and bravery on a daily basis. I also firmly believe that it takes a village for a family to fight childhood cancer and it is special when the community gets involved to show support. It means the world to these warrior families to hear that someone in the outside world is thinking of them. Especially after their lives have been turned upside down. We would love your help to raise another round of gowns to surprise the in-patient kids and see their faces light up with these special Brave Gowns."
