Sponsor A Brave Gown For Ten-Year-Old Sofija w/ Down Syndrome

This gown will be gifted to ten-year-old Sofija who is currently going through treatment. This is what Sofija's family shared with us about her journey:

"Sofija is 10 years old and is incredibly resilient and brave. She has Down syndrome and that has brought her several medical complexities including reactive airway disease, CHDs, celiac, and several others. Sofija was adopted internationally at 5yo and had undergone several surgeries prior to her homecoming including a 7mo hospital stay following a complicated heart surgery— she underwent all of this alone without parents or a family to support her. We are now preparing for her next OHS this Spring and while we are nervous we are so grateful that this time she will have the love and support of her family."
