"This would be for my sweet niece Presley - adopted by my best friend since she was 3 months old, Left in the hospital as a child of the state she underwent open-heart surgery on her own as a baby along with a g tube placement. Presley had surgery not even a year ago to see if we could keep the valve from narrowing so she could potentially reach the age of 7/8 for what is now needed her open heart surgery. unfortunately it didn't hold and the the doctors are ready to step in. She is one of the kindest and most contagious bundles of joy with so much love poured into her - its the only thing that comes out of her."
