This gown will be gifted to a -year-old Oaklee who is going through treatment for HLHS. This is what Oaklee's Mom shared with us:
"My little girl Oaklee, she is 5. She was born with HLHS, and got a heart transplant in 2020. Oaklee has been through so much in her 5 years old life and is currently battling pneumonia and reoccurrent lung issues and also just had to get an NG tube after not having one for years. She was in heart rejection in December but out of rejection now! She’s went into cardiac arrest and been on Ecmo where she suffered a stroke and seizures! She amazes me everyday and is the strongest girl I know!"
