Living with GVHD after being treated for AML has been challenging, but I choose to change my perspective and to live with hope. So, when Brave Gowns reached out and asked if I would help the children on their waiting list receive a Brave Gown during Childhood Cancer Awareness month, I knew it was so important. It was often other's kindness and the little moments of hope that kept me going, so, spreading that to kids is the least we can do for families going through treatment.
