David was born with a congenital heart defect that was not diagnosed at birth. After many doctors appointments we were finally referred to the children’s hospital where they discovered he was missing part or his pulmonary artery and his blood wasn’t carrying nearly enough oxygen. What we thought was going to be a normal appointment turned into immediate open heart surgery for our baby. One year later during a routine procedure our world was turned upside down again. This time he suffered a stoke and had extensive therapy to follow. We are thankful for those that helped us along our journey. Thank you for supporting Team D4orce, proceeds raised from the sale of these masks will be used for David’s annual toy drive for the CCU.
