Help Zoe Gift Brave Gowns to Her Friend's at Mott's Children's Hospital

Zoe always gets so many compliments from her nurses on her Brave Gowns. Not only do they brighten up her room and spirit, they also give her more privacy and allow the nurses to access her port with ease. They said they wished all their patients had them.

Friday Zoe has an appt with hematology. They are concerned about her labs and will be doing a bone marrow biopsy. While we are waiting for the results, we thought we could help bring Brave Gowns to other children at Mott's by doing a Brave Gown drive. We know being in the hospital is hard enough. Separated from family makes it even harder. We'd love your help by gifting a Brave Gown to one of the 350 children that will be hospitalized at Mott's over the holidays.

Zoe's Story:

Zoe was hospitalized right after her 1st birthday with a fever of 105 and seizures. We were told she had very low white blood cells, and 0 neutrophils. This means her marrow was not producing the necessary things to fight infections. Doctors were hoping it was due to the virus she was fighting. 2 weeks later, and several terrifying words later, Zoe was diagnosed with severe chronic neutropenia. In the beginning we hoped this would be something she would grow out of. Two years later (present) and countless blood tests and hospital stays, we have come to the conclusion this will be a for life illness for Zoe.
