We believe she associates them with frightening or uncomfortable medical experiences. Because of her autism and sensory sensitivities, hospital visits and unfamiliar medical routines can be especially overwhelming for her.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRiley is scheduled to have G-tube placement surgery at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital on November 4, 2026. We are hoping to make this experience as comfortable and positive as possible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRiley is a sweet little girl who absolutely loves pink, purple, butterflies, flowers, and anything girly!
