PHighting FOR HOPE

Riley is 9 years old and was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension at the age of 4. Pulmonary Hypertension is a rare heart and lung disease that causes high blood pressure in the lungs which in turn causes the right ventricle of the heart to dilate. This can, in turn, cause heart failure. Riley wants to find a way to raise awareness for Pulmonary Hypertension in any way she can. Even at a young age, she understands that raising awareness could someday lead to a cure for her and her PHriends that live everyday with this disease.
